Digital Proofs

Digital proofs serve as previews for custom album orders. They provide an overview of the completed order, reflecting written content, paper colour, and other included elements. It's important to recognise that due to variations in computer screens, digital proofs are not exact representations of printed albums. Your approval of the digital proof serves as final confirmation, and we are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, so we highly encourage thorough review before providing your approval.

Client Deadlines

Albums are scheduled for printing on the last day of each month. Clients are responsible for meeting specified deadlines throughout the process, including form submissions and proof approvals, to ensure timely delivery of their orders. Failure to meet deadlines may result in the imposition of rush production fees if you require your order by a specific date, and we cannot guarantee delivery as planned.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the personalised nature of our custom albums, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer credits in the event of customer dissatisfaction or order cancellation. Once a deposit has been paid, it will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Ownership

La Vie Papel maintains full legal ownership of designs and images on our website, social media, printed albums, and other paper products. Unauthorised reproduction, alteration, copying, or repurposing of La Vie Papel designs is strictly prohibited.

Typefaces & Fonts

To prevent duplication and copying, typefaces & fonts used in our products cannot be shared or disclosed.

Sharing Content

Sharing La Vie Papel products on social media is encouraged with appropriate credit, such as tagging on Instagram, using product hashtags, or posting links to our website.

Client Work

We reserve the right to showcase photographs, images, or mock-ups of the work we've created for you on various marketing platforms, including our website, printed materials, or other digital formats (such as social media). If you prefer that your album not be featured in this manner, please inform us after placing your order.

Pricing

Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Invoices will always reflect accurate pricing.

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice is required to initiate work on your album. Payment of this deposit indicates agreement with all communicated terms and policies through email, phone conversations, content forms, and website content.

General

Prices on our website exclude shipping fees, which are the customer's responsibility. La Vie Papel ships domestically through Australia Post.

Liability

La Vie Papel is not liable for errors, delays, damaged products, or lost packages resulting from the actions or negligence of Australia Post. Additional security preferences (signature confirmation, insurance, etc.) can be added for a fee, calculated by Australia Post.

Information Collection

We collect personal information for specified purposes and will only retain it as necessary. Your information is solely owned by La Vie Papel and is not shared with third parties, except as required to fulfil your request.
